Mount Hot Pools

I am loving my weekly swims at Mount Hot Pools. The weather is sweet, and the salt water soothes my soul! Also I am always organised with my tog bag☺️

    Do you feel weak or unsteady on your feet? Did you have a fall recently? Are you afraid to stand or walk without holding onto something or someone? If you have stability and balancing problems, then it will be better to use a walking frame.
